Transmission, Dublin Fringe Festival 202

Current & Upcoming Appearances

Caitríona is currently preparing for Performance Corporation's Dublin Thetre Festival 2023 work-in-progress experimental show, dealing with issues around artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies, and their intersection with theatre. In 2024, Caitríona will be back on stage in  the real world ,specifically The Abbey Peacock stage, where she will star in an production of The Persians,  directed by Conor Hanratty

Caitríona is currently on international tour (Germany, Edinburgh, New York) with Dead Centre’s multi-award winning Lippy (Fringe First, Herald Angel, Best Production Irish Times Theatre Award) which returns to Dublin in January 2015 to play at the Peacock Theatre and travels from there to the Young Vic. Having forensically examined the playgrounds of each city with her extremely enthusaistic four-year-old boy she is looking forward to testing the swings, slides and parks of  London Town.

Before heading off again she is signing off on budgets and putting various drafts of  Eating Seals & Seagulls’ Eggs -  her first show with her own production company Little Wolf - into large lever-arch files. Production photos, critical reaction and description of this show can found on the Little Wolf page.

Also currently keeping her off the streets is the usual mélange of projects - Book on One, Script Editing & Translation, Voice-Overs -  which hopefully means that she will have scraped enough pennies together to buy her family some half-decent Christmas presents.

Caitríona is the Foras na Gaeilge participant in Six-in-the-Attic, an Irish Theatre Institute resource-sharing initiative.
